BBQ RECIPE
 Grilled Sweet Potatoes
1. Thinly slice a sweet potato
2. Lightly brush slices with olive oil
3. Sprinkle with 3 Guys Spices Seasoning Rub
4. Grill on both sides over medium heat until done.

Great Seasoning Rub. I put it on pork tenderloin with a little soy sauce and baked in the oven covered at low heat and then unwrapped it and put on the grill for grill marks.

Your seasoning rub is fantastic! I generously applied the seasoning Rub to a brisket flat, wrapped the flat in aluminum foil and put in the refrigerator for 36 hours. I then put the brisket in the oven at 225 degrees until the meat was 165 degrees. The brisket came out tender and extremely flavorful! Thanks
